Our founding commitments
Fair housing and respect for resident rights.
Optional services shaped around individual needs.
Human care for sensitive decisions and concerns.
01 / The housing model
For veterans leaving shelters, facing eviction, or finding their footing in civilian life, our planned model brings housing and practical support together.
Built around access and belonging
Disabilities, service animals, and mental-health conditions are not automatic grounds for exclusion. Accessibility, accommodations, and lawful safety policies will be reviewed with qualified housing professionals.
The proposed model includes private, furnished bedrooms with secure storage, Wi-Fi, and utilities included, alongside shared kitchens, laundry, and lounge space.
ValorNest hopes to explore referrals to veteran-service organizations, benefits counselors, healthcare providers, and job-training programs. No agency or service partnerships are confirmed.
If the program is ready to open, its resident process and support options will be shared in advance. Any future assessment or housing match would involve qualified human professionals.
02 / Demand validation
Veterans, family and support networks, and community organizations can share non-sensitive interest as ValorNest learns about housing needs in Volusia County.
This is not a housing application, placement request, or reservation. No beds are available, and ValorNest is not open yet. No agency or service partnerships are confirmed.
Please do not send documents or share health, disability, military-service, benefit, or housing-history details. This form does not ask for or accept files.
03 / Housing status
Beds, property locations, eligibility details, resident costs, and support arrangements are not confirmed. The planned opening date is subject to readiness.
